1) Self-Pay and Insurance

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Services are provided on a self-pay basis. If any insurance-related services are offered, eligibility, coverage, and reimbursement (if any) depend on your plan and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for confirming any insurance benefits directly with your insurer, if applicable.


2) Fees, Pricing, and Estimates

Fees for Services may be disclosed:

  • on the website,
  • during scheduling,
  • during intake, and/or
  • before Services are provided.

Pricing may change over time. Any estimate is an estimate only and not a guarantee of total cost. Unless expressly stated, posted prices may not include all associated costs (such as add-ons, follow-up services, third-party fees, labs, imaging, or other external costs).


3) Deposits (Non-Refundable)

We may require a deposit to reserve appointment time, begin intake, or secure limited scheduling availability.

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward eligible Services as disclosed at the time of payment.


4) Payment Timing and Responsibility

You agree to pay all disclosed fees when due. We may require payment in advance of Services, at the time of scheduling, or at the time Services are rendered.

If you do not pay amounts due, we may cancel or decline scheduling and may pursue collection actions to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.


5) No Refunds Once Services Are Delivered

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE SERVICES ARE DELIVERED.
For clarity: once Services are delivered, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with outcomes, perceived lack of improvement, adverse experiences, changes in personal circumstances, or decisions to discontinue.

The definition of “delivered” is provided in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and is incorporated into this Policy by reference.


6) Online Payments and Payment Processing

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not control the payment processor’s systems and are not responsible for processor outages or errors.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method,
  • the payment information you provide is accurate,
  • you authorize the applicable charges.

Billing-related information may be collected and stored as necessary to process payments and maintain records. For information about how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy (linked in the Site footer).


7) Payment Methods

We may accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and other methods as made available from time to time. Accepted methods may vary by location and service type.


8) Financing and Third-Party Payment Plans (If Offered)

If financing or third-party payment plans are offered, they are provided by third parties and are subject to the third party’s approval, terms, fees, and privacy practices. We do not guarantee financing approval.


9) Chargebacks and Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback does not change our no-refund policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using documentation of scheduling, service delivery, communications, and records of Services provided, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We may restrict future scheduling or Services for accounts associated with repeated chargebacks or suspected fraud, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


10) Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) and late arrivals may result in forfeiture of deposits and/or fees paid, and no refunds will be issued, consistent with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


11) Collections, Returned Payments, and Fees

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is returned (including for insufficient funds), you may be responsible for associated fees to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts consistent with applicable law.


12) No Guarantee of Results
